Temporarily Closed for COVID-19Last week we closed our Vancouver showroom for a minimum of two weeks to slow the spread of COVID-19 and keep our Rad family – both employees and customers – safe. While we hoped the closure would be a short one, B.C. health officials said Tuesday that the province will “likely remain under strict pandemic-related restrictions until at least the summer.”
As a consequence, we’ve made the extremely tough decision to permanently close our East Vancouver location in order to focus our efforts on opening our new Mount Pleasant showroom on West 5th this summer.
While the long-term impacts of COVID-19 are still unknown, we remain committed to serving our customers in Vancouver. One of our core values is to provide an unprecedented customer experience, and we don’t want you to be caught without a ride during this difficult time.
Our email and phone support teams are still ready to help 7 days a week, and online sales are still available. If you need a tune-up, our Rad Mobile Service is an option.
If you live in the greater Vancouver area, Rad Mobile Service will come to you. Our mobile team can safely perform no-contact tune-ups, safety inspections, install accessories, and even do repairs -- right in your driveway.
