On August 31st and September 8th, 2022 we reached out to our RadWagon 4 owners to share a safety notice regarding their ebike. We have since been working on research, solution planning and production of the spare parts required to repair your RadWagon 4.

We are expecting new tires and spare parts for the RadWagon 4 to be flown in from our overseas manufacturers in late December, which means we are targeting to start your complimentary service appointments as early as the beginning of January. Due to the number of appointments being scheduled, we anticipate the completion of all appointments to take up to 10 to 12 weeks into March. As we move closer to these dates, we will have more specific information to share with you about your service appointment.
