Shipping dates vary per model, but Rad Power Bikes will email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this to determine your delivery time and plan accordingly to receive your package.
To protect your purchase from the elements or would-be bike thieves, an adult needs to be on-site to receive the package at the time of delivery.
If you can’t make it, make sure you have a friend, relative, or other trusted acquaintance on hand to handle the drop-off.
